I agree that there are lots of divergent views on the matter. There is the saying, "Two Jews, three opinions" - and one could also say, "Two Brits, three opinions". Combine the two, and you get lots of opinions.
I disagree however that 'Producing a response that reflects the potential of the enlarged critical sector has also been handicapped by the lack of coordination among the groups'. There is never going to be full agreement between anti-Zionists and anti-occupation Zionists, between Jews Against Zionism and Peace Now UK for example, and trying to impose it would be counterproductive. Factionalism is a weakness of the left in general, but can also be a strength: opposition to a policy from many perspectives can be more convincing than an unsuccessful attempt to achieve a united perspective.
