On Release List: Kidnappers, Killers of IDF Soldiers
http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/148754

Hamas has published a partial list of terrorists who are expected to be released in exchange for kidnapped IDF soldier Gilad Shalit. On the list are many who took part in previous kidnappings of Israeli civilians.

One is Amana Mouna, who took part in the kidnapping and murder of 16-year-old Ofir Rachum. Others include Yahye Sinour and Jihad Yagmour, both of whom took part in the kidnapping and murder of IDF soldier Nachshon Wachsman.

Mohammed Sharatha, who directed the kidnapping and murders of IDF soldiers Avi Sasportas and Ilan Saadon, is to be freed as well, as are Mohammed Aton, Moussa Akawi, and Majed Abu-Katish, members of a terror cell that kidnapped Border Police Sergeant-Major Nissim Toledano in an attempt to use him as a bargaining chip for terrorist release, but murdered him shortly afterward.

Another kidnapper who stands to be released is Sami Younis, a citizen of Israel who was sentenced to life in jail for the kidnap and murder of IDF soldier Avi Bromberg.

Would the US ever make this Faustian bargain?
