Two things stand out
I begin by talking about the honourable brother Zacarias Moussaoui. The truth is that he has no connection whatsoever with the events of September 11th.
Moussaoui was supported by the same people as the hijackers, so he definitely was connected to the events of September 11th. Possibly, no final decision had been taken to include him before he was arrested, but Osama is giving us spin of Rovian proportions here.
... all the prisoners of Guantanamo, who were captured in 2001 and the first half of 2002 and who number in the hundreds, have no connection whatsoever to the events of September 11th, and even stranger is that many of them have no connection with al-Qaida in the first place, and even more amazing is that some of them oppose al-Qaida's methodology of calling for war with America.
And this is in addition to the arrest of those who were working in the relief agencies, like Abu Abdul Aziz al-Mutrafi...
Al-Mutrafi is guilty as hell. When Gitmo closes let's hope he stays in prison somewhere rather than going back to his job at the Saudi Ministry of the Interior.
And most of the al-Qaeda people who opposed the methodology of calling for war with America did so for tactical reasons, not because they had qualms about killing innocent people. Almost every line of the statement is dripping with spin.
