You want a new investigation into the events of 9/11? Well, it’s your lucky day! There is one already in progress! However, it is ignored by almost all 9/11 researchers and posters around the internet. The RFC’s and Qui Tam’s presented by Dr Judy Wood and Dr Morgan Reynolds against NIST and its contractors are independent – and they are investigations, but most 9/11 Truthers are not talking about them. In this article, I will ask why this is the case.

I have been pondering on what seems to be happening to the effort, across various groups, to reveal the truth of what happened on 9/11. Some quite unusual things seem to have been transpiring over the last two years, as I have tried to document in previous articles posted on my website.

I promise you CB, when the judge rules on the pending motions for sanctions against Reynolds and Woods, there will be much to discuss.

The Declaration of Judy Wood that Leaphart filed in his consolidated reply to the various motions to dismiss is the most amazing thing I've ever seen filed as a "Declaration" of anything.

I'll have to get around to putting together all five .pdf's from Pacer and making them available. It's like printing out her website, writing an oath on it, and signing it. Strangest thing I've ever seen filed in a suit, and I've seen plenty weird stuff in litigation.

Because you realize, of course, that one of the contentions made by the defendant is that the entire purpose of the suit is so that the suit can be used for grandstanding on the internet in order to advance the plaintiff's no-plane theory of 9/11.

I'm pretty sure that Reynolds, Wood, and Leaphart are also waiting for ruling on the motions as well, since the case can't proceed until the judge rules on the preliminary motions.

Can you identify in my post what it is you assert I "want to happen"?

That hardly anyone pays attention to Judy Wood's lunacy is very positive. It shows the "truthers" are gaining some ability to not believe something.

6) Severe powderisation of the buildings, leaving a pile less than 1 story high.

One story is generally measured as 10 feet.

10 feet is the height of a basketball goal.

It seems these people are saying the pile of debris at the WTC site is no more than 10 feet tall.

Like I said, this is funny!

Not even taking into account the huge hole that the WTC were built in, it is clearly obvious that the rubble pile was pretty high.
