What happened to that major FP speech Kerry was supposed to give today ?
Was supposed to be a major foreign policy speech today. Anybody got a bead on that? I haven't seen anything on C-Span.

2. CNN and MSNBC carried it this am
not the whole thing but a good part, it was also on streaming video on CBS site. They may still have the video there. Good speech.
