Just in case we end up in a situation where votes need to be recounted and even if it takes three months to count them, I am telling Antonio Scalia and his bunch at the Court to keep their hands off this election. You have done enough damage already. We will let the people and the states figure out how to count the votes without your assistance. Thank you very much.

1. Theres a deadline on when the votes have to be counted.

Its a constitutional issue. I think I remember the date as December 21st? (correct me if Im wrong). If the states havent decided the winner by then, then actually the congress can pick a person (and it doesnt even have to be one of the existing canidates technically).

Screaming to wait till they get around to counting everyone of the votes may or may not be feasible given these rules.
