I am suspicious of the concession
knowing the way Rove works, am I completely alone in thinking Rove released a statement saying Kerry had called Bush to concede, when in fact he hadn't.

7. i was thinking the same thing
that he would somehow pose as an ardent opponent all the while covering knowing that he would allow the election to be thrown at the very end... Still amazing how he came out of no where in Iowa. I am very cynical. I am also devastated and think i am gonna be sick for a long time

8. It's that kind of thinking that helped lose this
The tinfoil stuff makes us look bad. If we can't prove it, STFU.

5. why concede if it's not over?

6. They will let thier gaurd down...
I think that's the upside of concession...they will let their guard down and increase the likelyhood that any dirt will be discovered...

Kerry can contest the results anytime...isn't concession mostly symbolic...?

9. Because there aren't enough uncounted votes to win.
It comes down to the math.
