Cynical observation or just the truth?

Well it looks like the Bush admin is taking a page from the Kerry playbook by reaching out to Europe. I watched Cspan this morning and Rumsfeld was talking about assistance from Europe in Training Iraqi special ops and police forces. So begs the question are we trying to lower troop levels in Iraq in order to start planning for Iran or Syria?
Should not say planning but start first phase of the plan already in existence.

The most cynical *possible* explanation IS the truth.

Cutting taxes to bankrupt the federal government and abolish social programs? Cynical, but true.

Lying about weapons of mass destruction in order to sucker the army into getting rid of the dictator who made a fool out of Bush's daddy? Cynical, but true.

Paying journalists to shill their crappy ideas? PROFOUNDLY cynical, but the truth nevertheless.

2. Training the Iraqis is different then sending troops. I think if they get

anyone to help in the training, it will be done outside of Iraq. Again, years here. Europe knows what's going on. They are suppose to erase all the debt, send troops and money to clean the mess, but will not be allowed to get their hands on the spoils of the invasion. Sure they're going to help - NOT.
