that is mirrored by its leader. As our leader jumps from one issue to the other, most of our elected Reps cannot keep up with the pace. It's not that the leader is intent on doing anything productive, he only wants to win the "issue". It doesn't matter if the country goes broke in the process. It doesn't matter how many troops die in his ill-advised, schizphrenic excursions. It doesn't matter what the rest of the world thinks. His own Party cannot keep up with his ideas or "new policies", they simply follow out of blind faith. The sad truth is that the entire country is following the lead of a sick and unstable leader without knowledge of our destination.

2. I think so too

Like the orginial poster said he jumps from issue to issue so he can "win" it. He also reframes things and tries to manipulate the situation.
Nobody is falling for his plans and he's starting to get frustrated when someone question's him and snaps at people. He truly is nuts and I wish people would see it more.

3. I don't know about unstable

At least I don't think he's hopping around like that so much. I think he stays reasonably focused on his big (and stupid) themes. Like Social Security.

Although a writer at Townhall (super conservative site) suggested that his focus on SOcial Security might be to draw our fire while he does other things (Bankruptcy and ANWR spring to mind).
