Ok, what's it going to take to get you to the point of total disgust with our judiciary? How may bad rulings? How many rulings based on liberal Marxist ideology rather than the constitution? How many based on "International Law?" How many of our rights nullified by an out of control judiciary will it take? How many times will we allow the will of the people to be overruled by the judiciary? How many times will we allow our constitution to be subverted by the Men in Black? Are you willing to allow a handful of men in black robes to usher in the feminist/abortionist/homosexualist agenda that the liberals have failed to get enacted into law through constitutional means? Are you willing to allow the judiciary to continue overruling the will of the people as expressed through their constitutional representatives and even directly by We the People through the ballot box? Are you willing to allow our government, as upheld by the judiciary, to continue destroying our rights to free religion, free speech and free assembly? Are you willing to allow the judiciary to continue to mock, ignore, stretch, amend, and otherwise subvert our constitution? Are you satisfied with the judiciary removing all references to "God" or prayer from our public life? Are you satisfied with millions of our innocent unborn children being "legally" aborted, not "legal" through constitutionally enacted law, but "legal" through unconstitutional SCOTUS ruling?

Are you willing to accept the judiciary's newest trend of considering foreign law in their decisions? I mean c'mon. Ignoring the U.S. Constitution is bad enough, but ruling based on international law is absolutely traitorous!! Are you willing to allow the judiciary to continue turning convicted criminals, pedophiles and sexual perverts loose to prey on our children? Or turning imprisoned terrorist thugs loose to wage war against our soldiers? Are you willing to allow the Democrat obstructionist minority to control who may or may not receive an up or down senate vote on judicial nominees? Why should the liberals be allowed to block the president's constitutional nominees? They do NOT hold the majority. The constitution says the MAJORITY rules. What's going on here?

When are YOU going to get pissed? How many babies must be murdered until YOU choke? How many children raped and murdered by three time losers? How many innocent disabled women must suffer cruel and inhumane deaths without even valid legal representation? What's it going to take to get YOU riled? Are we going to bow down at the altar of the atheist ACLU? Surrender to the feminists, abortionists, homosexualists and perverts of NOW and NAMBLA!? Well, I'll tell you what. I'm fed up!! I'm disgusted!' Revulsed! Outraged!! To the point that I'm going to march on Washington on April 7 to hand deliver a message to the government!! And I'm hoping to get a few good patriots to join me. If not 15,000 or more then I'm hoping we can get AT LEAST TWO people from each chapter and each state to carry their state flags in our march and to hand deliver our complaints to their senators. Won't you please consider joining the delegation from your chapter or state? Time to put an end to the tyranny of the minority! Please vote with your feet to end the injustice! Join the March for Justice! Thank you.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

For people like Jim Robinson, Section 1 of the 14th Amendment doesn't exist.

The real question is whether to classify his behavior as idiocy, insurrection, or treason.

99. That sounds like the NavyChief thing that flopped during the 2004 election
Anybody remember that little get together that flopped?

Some guy led on the SVT and FR into this huge rally in Washington, DC, and then pulled out at the last minute.

It would be seriously bad for these people to come out into public, for the reaction would not be kind. I guarantee that they would get run out or killed in some neighborhoods.

People in this country are humble moderates with the exception of those who have agendas for people outside of their group of friends, family, and associates. We here hold to the left, and they to the right, if it could be called as such.

These people already suspended the first 10 Amendments. How much more do they want, and how much will they get before it is all gone?

88. That's because the Rush Limbaugh Show is just Rush reading FR posts.
I've noticed in the last few years that if you hear it on Rush, it was posted on FR earlier in the day. Limbaugh prints out the article, gauges its' popularity by the comments and then strokes his audience by agreeing with the Freepers.

Hannity's not much better.

Three members of the D.C. Chapter of Free Republic braved the ice cold winds of the political gulag Friday night to make a public show of support for former Talon News White House Correspondent Jeff Gannon and the rights of reporters to do their jobs without fear of being destroyed by the political establishment.

During the course of our hour-long freep outside Monica's Gate in front of where the TV networks do their standups, a hard pass holding member of the White House press corps stopped and spoke with us at length about the situation.

The member of the press corps was familiar with Gannon and what was being done to him for simply asking a question. The member wholeheartedly agreed with our sign that said, "After Gannon, Who's Next?" In response to our comment that this was the Ellen Romesch strategy played out as a warning for any reporter to be careful what they say about Hillary Clinton as she prepares for her probable 2008 presidential run, the member of the press corps said that this went back further: To Filegate.

We also spent time talking about how members of the establishment media and Democrats in Congress were trying to use this to define who is a reporter to the detriment of the new media and the First Amendment.

Later, NBC's Norah O'Donnell exited the gate and walked by. She had no comment when we asked her, "Ms. O'Donnell, after Jeff Gannon, who's next?"

Bmwcyle and Apple Blossom joined me in this frigid endeavor. One or both of them will be chiming in with their observations.

I've seen pictures of him in a wheel chair. Apparently he is wheel chair
bound. Doesn't it seem likely then that he receives some sort of
governmental assistance to be able to live and spent his time providing
a forum for the intellectual giants who populate FR?

In other words, that Jim Robinson benefits from Godless Socialism and
Liberal-tax-and-spend government handouts is a pretty good guess.

The constitution says this:

The laws of the United States ranked from the highest to the lowest are:

1) The United States Constitution
2) The United States laws and treaties (equal in rank whichever is most recent is in effect
3) State Constitutions
4) State laws
5) Local laws

So they are equal to the Supreme laws of the land ranking just below the Constitution

23. A repub I work with told me this on Friday
that it is the out-of-control judiciary who was out of line in the Schiavo case. I told him that it is the judiciary's JOB to interpret the law, and that Congress defied states' rights and the judiciary's rights to make that new law for one person. He kept repeating the talking points for the wingnuts, so I told him to get out of my office. I told him that I could not even argue with him because he was so uninformed. And this from a man with a Masters degree.

I am forever amazed at how they twist reality to fit their perception. Even when I thought I was a repub, I had the good sense to be ashamed of GW Bush.

if not to interpret the law? Isn't the whole purpose of the courts to decide which laws have Constitutionality, and which ones don't?

And anyway, the hypocrite-a-go-go would turn itself around, once it got all of its judges on the bench -- then a judge could do no wrong. These people are FUCKING INSANE -- and, as an above poster said -- they are calling for a totalitarian state and mob rule. This IS anti-American, and goes against what the founders intended.

The problem is, they have no clue how this nation was founded, and on what it was founded -- they ARE delusional, and lack both, apparently, literacy and critical thinking skills, or they could read a little history and figure it out.

People like Rim Job are just duped by the elitist intellectual right (they're so busy pointing the finger at "ivory tower" leftists, they don't even know that their own elitists are stringing their dumb asses along) -- who believe that people like Rim Job MUST be manipulated and controlled, because they're stupid. And they think the left looks down upon them. Their own whoremasters think they're idiots.

The Charlotte Observer story, however, revealed that Heldreth had pleaded guilty to sexual battery, was in jail for parts of 1992 and 1993, according to court records, and served time on probation.

There was a photo published a while back...I believe it was taken at the dedication of the Clinton Library. His wife looks exactly like him, was wearing similar glasses, and a sporty black beret. But under the beret, it was a female Karl Rove...same face.

As the result of that...plus all of the benefits that one would receive by being married to one of the most corrupt men on the planet...I'm sure that Casa Rove is the picture of domestic tranquility and bliss. Two incredibly unattractive people, making...as Shakespeare might say..."the beast with two backs."

That's why we spend so much time at DU, there's not many around that I have anything in common with. White supremacists & druggies everywhere, but if you don't have the cash flow for the better parts of town - there's not much choice. People elsewhere have a hard time believing that areas like this exist in CA, but I'm here to say ... I live it. Talk about a stranger in a strange land, it's like living on a different planet!

When are YOU <white people> going to get pissed? How many <white> babies must be murdered until YOU choke? How many <white> children raped and murdered by three time losers? How many innocent disabled <white> women must suffer cruel and inhumane deaths without even valid legal representation?
