Already know this. One thing I find particularly interesting about this case is that 4 out of the 7 Fla State Supreme judges(who upheld the state decisions) were appointed by none other than JEB BUSH HIMSELF... How do you like that for irony? So I think even if the roles of governer were reversed, a Democrat could point at being blocked by con. judges.

3. If a Dem was governor, Fox and the repubs would be screaming

that he should override the courts and use executive power to "save" Terri. Admittedly, some fundies have taken this position with Jeb, but the MSM is not cheerleading for that approach. If it was a Dem, they'd be screaming their fool heads off, no matter what the political affiliation of the judges.
