This is devastating - there are so many reasons to oppose Brown on the court, and she's outlining every one. How any Republican could put the entire workings of the Senate on the line for the likes of Janice Rogers Brown is just insane.

and she was all upset about a racially charged cartoon about her and Condi and Powell. But then she upheld the 1st amendment. So I guess that's her reason for saying that managers can use slurs against employees.
