Payback for Laguna Beach?

As I was reading about the hurricane damage to the red states, I recalled how RWers rejoiced last month, as houses in very liberal and gay tolerating Laguna Beach were sliding, see http://www.ocweekly.com/ink/05/40/news-arellano.php

Would any blue staters rejoice at the misery of red states like Georgian and Alabama? Of course not. We are not rabid like them.
