So, The Senate is going to have a cloture vote on two bills
on Tuesday, First they are going to have the cloture vote on the Defense budget bill, which is outrageous as they just started talking about it yesterday.

Then McConnell just submitted cloture on the bill to protect Baretta Gun manufacturer from lawsuits.

Both Cloture votes will occur on Tuesday. The blatant attempt to distract people from their real agenda is just pathetic.

1. The gun industry's "Get Away With Murder" bill is particularly scummy
And is an attempt to keep the public from having redress in cases like the Bullseye Gun Shop, who "lost track of" almost 300 guns and armed both Buford Furrow (who shot up a daycare center at a synogogue) AND the Beltway Sniper.

Absurdly, due to the GOP letting the NRA write gun laws, the Bullseye Gun Shop is STILL in business.

So much for the party of "personal responsibility."
