The Republicans are in trouble. Check out this new WSJ/NBC poll:

....Broadly, the telephone survey ... finds that Americans want Democrats to take control of Congress in next year's election, by a margin of 48% to 37%. The 11-point gap is the widest enjoyed by either party on that question since the poll began asking it in 1994.

For the first time since the Republican congressional landslide that year, a majority of respondents say it's time to replace their member of Congress. The poll has a margin for error of 3.1 percentage points.

5. What was the poll Chris Matthews kept referring to
last night? He kept saying that this poll showed that only 8 percent of those polled had a favorable opinion of the Democratic party!! I think I heard him correctly. He mentioned it more than once.

14. Step 5
Buy up as many media outlets as possible. Put more pressure on the MSM. Expand liberal Internet to more people. Buy more ads. Put up more billboards.

8. According to this poll, only 37% of Americans want to re-elect their
own congressperson, while 51% want someone new. If this is accurate, its the first time numbers like this have been seen since at least 1994.

Great way to start the day!

9. I would like to get rid of Lincoln and Pryor in Arkansas.
I am so tired of these conservative Democrats. They seem to vote with BushCO every time.

11. Got a deal for you....I'll take Lincoln and Pryor here in Mississippi
and you can have Trent Lott and Thad Cochran. Then you could see what real Republicans are like.

15. Reminds me of the 90's when
lots of Democrats quit Congress when they lost the majority. There were a lot of holes in experienced Dems in Congress after that. I particularly remember Pat what's-her-name from Colorado. Guess I don't remember that well.
