I wasn't in the mood to watch it and didn't.

But I was wondering if he's trying to be more moderate. Also, what did he say about gay marriage.

6. I watched the first half hour...
I didn't laugh, chuckle, or even smile. Mostly stupid, lame jokes. Like "how can there be global warming if there's a hole in the ozone layer - wouldn't all the heat escape?". Lame.

He started talking politics and about watching C-Span and can't believe these are the people we've elected to represent us...
The first name he mentioned was Al Sharpton (this is where I picked up the remote).
Then he ripped on Harry Reid, Dennis Kucinich, Howard Dean...
Then I turned it off.

I had posted a question the other day asking what the DU opinion of Dennis Miller was.
I got 55 responses. None of them were positive, and I can see why.

9. Thanks. After his right-wing show got cancelled,
I thought that Dennis Miller might try moving left. But based on your review, he is as right-wing as ever.

13. He must not watch CSPAN then if he mentioned Sharpton
He's hardly on CSPAN. I watch it often and only time I've seen him on there is the convention. Sharpton isn't any elected official. Boy. He just wanted to find some reason to bash him.

8. I could only stomach a few seconds.
He was going off on Howard Dean and trying to incur pity for busholini. How do these RW hacks forget that this is a repugnantcan controlled white house, supreme court, congress, senate and presidency? How is Howard Dean important or powerful enough to cause trouble for bushbaby doc? He's not aging well.

10. Franken discussed him the other day.
He said Miller said that he (Franken) was a good guy from when they worked together on SNL but he would never vote for him. He said that since Dennis said nothing negative about him personally he felt Dennis was alright too. The whole thing seemed pointless and that's not enough of an endorsement of Miller to get me to watch. I can take a joke against a Dem if it's clever and actually funny overall, but most RW jokes I've seen are mean spirited and based on tire assumptions.

11. The last time I saw, he was on Jon Stewart...trying to deny he was Repug,
but really Libertarian instead. As many of us said after the show, he was looking desparate. And as I recall, we were right... for Dennis' show was cancelled days later.

12. My dad watched a little bit of it
He turned it off and went to bed when he started bashing democrats. I couldn't stomach it myself. Ugh. Not even my dad laughed during that.

Too bad, because HBO had me before and after his show.

Caught him on Leno the other night and he just looked bloated, bitter, and washed up. No thanks.
