1. not sure of the specifics,

but they did invalidate the first round of voting due to some problem with the number of votes.

Someone suggested that there was one more vote than they expected because they forgot the Puerto Rican rep. - But I don't know if that's the case or not - just that the first vote was invalidated.

It was on the news last night. One of them (can't remember who, because evil GOPers tend to look alike) was talking to the press, and mentioned they'd hit a little snag on the first ballot - there were more votes cast than they had people eligible to vote.

I guess I have problems seeing how even they could be so dumb to miscount their own numbers. And why would that require a revote, they go oops forgot to count P.R. and the orginal vote is validated.
