Rove is busy
Trying to garner support for the president's illegal spying program within the judiciary committee.

What he is stating is that if the GOP do not stay on side with Bush - Bush will face impeachment....and that will mean the end of republican rule because of the 2006 elections.

So.....my friends.....what are you going to do about that? I believe you should phone all the senators and voice your concerns - regardless of whether or not they are democrat.
In fact - if the GOP can manage to impeach Bush - it would go a long way to give their party credibility - and America's stability.

Just letting you know.....

1. I would gladly suffer their reinstatement of integrity if they impeached
Little Lord Pissypants.

5. Here you go - 2 paragraphs and link
The sources said the administration has been alarmed over the damage that could result from the Senate hearings, which began on Monday, Feb. 6. They said the defection of even a handful of Republican committee members could result in a determination that the president violated the 1978 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Such a determination could lead to impeachment proceedings.

Over the last few weeks, Mr. Rove has been calling in virtually every Republican on the Senate committee as well as the leadership in Congress. The sources said Mr. Rove's message has been that a vote against Mr. Bush would destroy GOP prospects in congressional elections.

10. It was a show hearing, but this might just make it more then that!
Sen Hagel didn't seem to appreciate it very much, if we can do as you suggested and start contacting republican leaders and let them know we're paying attention, and let the MSM know that Mr. Rove is playing politics with our Constitution.

During the Alito hearing allot of DUer turned up the heat on some important Dem's, and I believe got their attention. Why can't we do the same thing in this case? last i heard about 80,000 folks visited this place we only need 50% to make some noise.
