The unknown Senator said today that he did not want to be called an "angry" Democrat. He said he has changed his ways and is willing to work with Bush in a "bi-partisan" way. Slocumb said "even though Bush is a lying dog on every issue, it's time to put the name-calling behind us and work together." He said the war in Iraq is a clear disaster to anyone with eyes to see. He said this White House is "insane" to try and slip some Social Security reform into another bill. Senator Slocumb, although he vowed to work with this White House in a "bi-partisan" way, said every one of them should be dragged out of the White House and run out of town on a rail. Furthermore, he said it was a difficult decision for him to make to work with such "snakes and scoundrels"...
