Just passed Budget Bill may be Challenged

It seems the Repugs changed the bill after it had pased in both house and senate.That's a no-no it has to be the same bill no changes can be made.Just another broken law by the repugs no big deal.This has risen to the absurd,what happened to we are a nation of laws?
