Cheney shoots someone and Fox News reports this:
And here is the headline on the Fox News website:

Press Attacks

Yes, they say the "Press Attacks". Apparently, when the Vice President of the United States shoots someone, the press isn't supposed to ask any questions.

2. Nope...It's Clinton's Fault!
He was seen in the vicinity. Perhaps they should arrest him.

3. Faux news(sic) still has to hound Bill Clinton and his evil penis.
Our country has more priorities according to Fox. They surely cannot cover the murder of our troops and innocent brown skinned people on the other side of the planet now could they?
Peace
Wildman

5. just asking- but when someone is involved in an accidental
shooting- is it reported to the police and is their a breathalyzer/ blood test? Why else would Cheney not report this to press for more then 24 hours. Din't want to be noticably slurring when he was interviewed?

6. When it involves a firearm, it's supposed to be reported to the cops
Of course, Cheney doesn't care about that.

9. That has been the elephant in the room all day...
Ron Reagan was gutsy enough to bring it up on some show tonight. Didn't see it, but heard about it. I guess he brought it up twice.

A reporter spoke to the law officer on the scene who said the secret service guys refused to let him talk to cheney. I believe if I was that guy, I would be on all the talk shows tonight, but then again he wouldn't have a job in the morning.

12. Are you trying to say that it WAS this world leader's fault?
I mean, just because he doesn't follow basic rules of quail hunting, does THAT make the shooting his fault? By age 12, I knew you never aimed at birds until they gained some altitude because it's unsafe and VERY un-sportsman-like to shoot low-flying game.

If the state of Texas says it's okay for him to hunt without a bird-stamp who are we to accuse him of once again, thumbing his nose at the laws of our land? Why should ANY of our leaders follow the law? It's just pure tyranny as defined by Plato, where the ruling elite make laws for others that they have no intention of ever obeying. I wish they'd alter the Constitution to begin with "WE THE GUTLESS."

It's obviously the fault of that lawyer walking across a wide open Texas field... The damn idiot should have been walking around screaming "I'M NOT A QUAIL!" Of course, other hunters might shoot him for spooking all the birds too early, so it's a no-win proposition.

16. Whittington had it coming
Apparently, according to Fox News, he chews with his mouth open and makes up words in Scrabble that don't REALLY appear in the dictionary. It was just a matter of time before someone tried to cap him.
