Bush as President
For all those who believe that Bush is not actually the president this latest incident seems to lend support to your theory. Once again when something happened Bush was not informed about the incident. Officials waited two hours before telling Bush that Cheney had shot someone. I know someone could argue that this was a minor incident, but it seems like the President would be informed if his Vice President shot someone. Why is it that when something happens Bush is one of the last people to know that it happened. When the plane flew over Washington air space and everyone was evacuated from the Capital he (Bush) was not told until everything was over. I think their was at least one other situation in which Bush was not immediately told when something at least minorly important happened.

1. Oh no! Don't remind me. I thought it was a bad dream.
