The 78 yr old man that the Dick shot on Saturday, has had a mild heart attack. It happened when a piece of bird shot lodged in his heart.

do NOT put BB's near the heart. Breaking the skin is hard for a BB gun.

This guy was shot (notice the nice tight pattern indicated on the police report) at CLOSE range (20 years tops).

I 'm pretty sure they sat on this story for 24 hours just to see if the "old bird" (ironic, that name) made it. Then, when it looked like he would survive, they let it out.
