Uhm, Dick Cheney shotgunned a man. In the face. Joking about it by the perps doesn't have a goddam thing to do with the victim's health, it's about common human decency. And at long last, it's quite apparent to even the slowest of slowcoaches that the Bush administration has no sense of decency or decorum at all. And MSNBC still doesn't quite recognize it!
