Poll question: Bush Regime Theme Song - Incompetence Bracket

Yesterday we collected nominations for the perfect piece of music to serve as the theme song for the Bush Regime. Since this is the most incompetent and most evil administration in history, the nominations fell into one of those two categories. So for voting purposes ( and as an homage to the NCAA's) here are the nominated songs in the incompetence bracket.

Besides tax cuts for the rich.If we could put them in charge of al Quaida we'd win the war on terror in a month.
