In the Federal System you have to do a minimum of 85% of your sentance, minus a possible of up to six months in a half way house. At the very least he would have to serve 55 months. That's quite a hwile for a guy who is used to all the perks of life, cooling his heels in a place as regimented and stark as a Federal prison.
