Francine Busby is the main democrat running for Duke Cunningham's old seat in a sea of Republican entrants including Kaloogian. This is a special runoff. If no one gets 50%+1 of the vote then another election will be held between the top 2 vote-getters.

This district is definate republican advantage, but the criminal actions of their former represenative, Duke Cunningham (now serving jail time), has been a wake up call and so far Busby is leading the pack overwhelmingly but NOT over 50% yet (she's at 45%).

So if you have a few dollars you can spare, let's help get Busby elected and pickup this vacent republican seat. We need 16 seats to win the house, let's make it a little bit easier come November and win this seat!
