SecEd Spellings cooks up "No Child Left Behind Chili"
Members take their turn in the kitchen

The 24th annual March of Dimes gala at the National Building Museum on Tuesday night gave pols a chance to show off their cooking skills.

Education Secretary Margaret Spellings cooked up a mean No Child Left Behind Chili. “You’ve got to have a gimmick, you know what I mean?” she said.
