Leno to Host Carlin, Coulter on Wednesday

"Tonight" host Jay Leno might want to consider wearing referee stripes on Wednesday's show when Ann Coulter and George Carlin are his guests.

Coulter, the acid-tongued conservative with a new book out, and Carlin, the quick-witted, antiestablishment comedian who's in the voice cast for the new animated film "Cars," were booked at separate times for the NBC late-nighter, a spokeswoman said Monday.

of Ann, Rush, Hannity and the whole lot of them. It doesn't matter who you send argue with them. Something will happen...Ann will suddenly cry and George is such a meany or George will agree with her in some off way..you can not win...they are simply held to a lower standard than Dem's and that is all there is to it. They just turn my stomach they make me ill. I can't listen anymore even if there is a small chance one of them will get spanked good and hard.

She would in the past have not even been worth the debate..nobody on any side would be able stand the smell..but since the Bushies ...we have to listen to this same kind oozing crap over and over again and pretend it's actually valid enough to be worth debating.

8. I heard he surprised Tommy Chong when he came to his defense recently.

The film called "aka Tommy Chong" comes out tomorrow for a 2 week run at the Film Forum in NYC. It's about the bong bust. The director told INN today that Leno called Tommy and asked him if he would immediately be his guest as soon as he got out of jail. Tommy seemed surprised. The report also was that Cheech Marin could not run fast enough or far enough away from Tom after his arrest...
