Poll question: Time for specific recognition of U.S. Law in Democratic Platform?
Edited on Fri Jun-30-06 01:12 PM by gulliver
Should the Democratic Party add a plank to their platform calling for the President of the United States to accept as binding the laws of the United States as legislated by Congress, signed by the President, and found Constitutional by the Supreme Court?

Obviously inspired by Poll_Blind's poll on International Law.

1. That's a great damned idea too...I'm chuckling and shaking my...
...head because it has come to that, hasn't it?

The party of Monarchy vs the party of We, The People.
