Can we thank Zell Miller for Liebermans defeat

The fact that for years we saw crazy Zell moving to the right. Is it possible that the CT voters saw Joe doing the same thing. I know this is my main reason for wanting Joe to lose. I could see Joe in 2008 at the RNC convention.

Watching Joe go down may scare people like Chuck Hagel from speaking out against the war knowing that his state is for the war. I guess what I am saying is will Chuck get scared and fall back in line with the GOP.

is that Zell Miller said Lieberman was the only Dem. from the '00 primaries he could trust.
