2. It's flying under the radar. Another GOP predator keeping a low profile..

I googled and came with a local paper article and two or three blogs. It is on the Daily Kos. It looks like they are trying to keep this permanently off the radar until at least after the election. The trial court date is October 16, but it has been postponed many times.
