The rules of our government state that any individual who is given a SECOND recess appointment will not recieve payment for that post.

Bush is sending Bolton to represent the US at the United Nations but he can’t pay him from our taxes.

Zero is all Bolton is worth. The damage he has done and will do to the United States is priceless.

So Bush doesn’t care that the guy can’t be confirmed by the Congress - he will just appoint him anyway. The boy-king has ruled.
Wouldn’t you hope Bolton wouldn’t take the appointment since he is very unpopular and unwanted - but that’s not Bolton’s character.
He’s an in-your-face guy — just like Bush.
