A Possible Link?
In an earlier post dealing with the No Fly List (can someone link that post?) it was stated that the suspects from the British Bomb Plot were not present on the list. Mind you, this is after a year+ of surveillance. Was this because the higher up knew they were no threat, not even actual terrorists? I'm making a guess that this kind of thing is not a clerical error, and this part of the lie was never conceived.

That is how the Plot was found out. Just to be clear.
