4. Run for Cover, I think there will be a lot of embarrassed
politicians packing their "empty your desk" boxes. Can't come soon enough!

7. Duck & Cover
You may win your seat depending upon the district, but there will be plenty of unpleasant media for the next few weeks.

9. Get a head start on your concession speech!
Why wait until later? Write your concession speech now!

Instead of looking like a bumbling, inarticulate election loser--you'll look
like a poised, articulate election loser.

10. Save everybody the embarrassment, and drop out of the race now.
Avoid the inevitable exposing of your "youthful indescretions" (Bushspeak for drug and alcohol abuse, DUIs, other arrests, etc.).

13. Renounce everything that was not Republican in the '50s...
...Understand that being pro-business means only they will not be hobbled, not unrestrained. Recognize that your Democratic opposition is your neighbor who has slightly different ideas as to how a democracy should operate, not "the enemy". Understand that "reducing spending" means to a level that supports ideas like life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (shelter, food, education, and health care for EVERY citizen), not spending six times as much on "defense" as the next nearest country on the face of the earth and then cutting social programs to support this.Support moral values AND PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE YOUR OWN-meaning gays in relationships, even if ephemeral and those who believe in Gods not your own.Believing in love or God cannot hurt.Support real fair trade-not importing cheap goods that exploit workers and outsource jobs.Support your God privately and positives for the public weal publicly-if your God IS right he should win without your shilling for him. Work for the good and not for the expedient. Revere your planet and protect it from profit at the cost of damage....That is all I've got-except this-if you truly follow this advice you are probably already a Democrat.....

14. My advice
Cheat on your taxes and spouse. Send sexual IMs to underaged boys. Be pious and Christian in public and visit strip clubs and escort services. If you're homosexual, hide the fact from everyone, including your spouse and children, but then get caught in a relationship with another man.

C'mon... It's a republican running for Congress. I don't want him to WIN!!!
