Put integrity in Congress.

As of Sept. 30, Rowley reported $128,000 in the bank, compared with $774,000 for Kline, and she had raised a total of $511,000, compared with Kline's $1.3 million
Rowley, who has assailed Kline for his "blind loyalty" to the Bush administration and what she calls his "lock-step" voting record with the GOP leadership, has won support from labor unions, teachers associations, environmental groups like the Sierra Club and several veterans groups
She ticks off a list of Republican scandals that have raised her ire — Tom DeLay, Jack Abramoff, Halliburton — all linked to private business interests wielding too much power in government, she said.
" It's not a bribe you sneak into your briefcase," she said of special-interest corruption. "It's open now; it's institutionalized."
A former Republican, Rowley maintains she's a conservative on issues such as law enforcement and the national debt and favors common-sense policies that work over bills that bear the imprint of either party.
Rowley says she supports a gradual withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq and redeployment to surrounding countries.
