PHILADELPHIA -- Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum's re-election campaign has pulled most of its television ads from broadcast television and is now mostly advertising on cable.

A Franklin and Marshall College political science professor says this is typically a sign of a cash-flow problem. He says it doesn't make sense to give up advertising on major network shows if a campaign can afford it.
