Should I target the drunk college kid demographic?
Crazy idea I had today while I was dropping fliers off all around my apartment and handed out a few to people I saw walking, I realized on a Friday or Saturday night much more people would be out walking. And there'd be lots of illegal keg parties and everywhere would be packed with drunk college kids. Normally I'd just join them, but this weekend might be different. My state has same day registration, so anyone living here now can vote. So I thought: "Why not stay sober this weekend and pick up materials about voting registration at my local Democratic HQ and go around to parties handing it out and encouraging kids to vote?" After all it wouldn't be too difficult to persuade an extremely anti-Bush demographic to turn out and vote against his endless wars and massive debt for our generation now. Mostly everyone hates Bush, but how many bother to actually vote?

What do you think, good idea? Win the election with the help of plastered frat boys?

just ask 'em, wanna go to war over stupid reasons unlike our grandparents who fought against a roving dictator in Germany? Bush sure could use a few good men to fill some coffins for his oil wars.

:(

But yes, you're onto something.

2. Damn straight.
They are not likely voters. If even a few of them show up and vote, the election is theirs, because nobody figured on them.
