Stephanie Miller gets death threat - intensifies my rational hate of conservatives
Stephanie Miller got a death threat (will be posted on her website which at the moment I cannot access.) The gist of the letter, liberals and democrats are traitors to their country. The constitution hating bastard said he'd send Momma's personal information to assassins (my word not his but that was/is his intent.)

I did 20+ years in uniform. Volunteered for and served in a combat zone. I intensely value the constitution. I am a liberal democrat AND I AM A TRAITOR TO MY COUNTRY?

Steph called the bastard and had a good chat. Thanks Moron for reintensifying my rational hate of "values voters," "conservatives," republicans, chickenhawks and members of free republic.

I consider myself still under oath to support the constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC.

These non military serving conservative motherfuckers have no respect for constitutional liberties. Its a big fucking game to them. "Oh, I'll give up some of my liberties for george bush." Assholes and I consider them domestic enemies because they place no value on the document.

15. I never heard anything like that on the radio in my life...
That woman has solid gold ovaries, calling someone who threatened her life, and reading his e-mail while he's on the phone. UNBELIEVEABLE. As per usual for this persuasion of vermin, he denied it was a death threat, and told her what he felt was wrong about "Democrats and Liberals" like her. Then he refused to talk to her any further. I was so shocked, I pulled into a parking lot I was driving by, and just listened, stunned, in disbelief.

This is a prime examlpe of the harm hate radio like Rush Limbaugh has done to the tenor and tone of the political discourse in this country.

I'll say it again : UNBELIEVEABLE!

20. Steph surely has solid gold ovaries for that call
To me, it was apparant that the guy had so many issues and self-hate, let alone a LOT of dishonesty, when he couldn't even admit that he gave her a death threat.

Having a strict diet of Rush Limp Pole and watching Faux Snooze on TV surely doesn't help. When he said he couldn't talk to Stephanie anymore, it was apparent that he knew he was out of ammo and was digging himself into even more problems.

I really think Steph should request that the FBI pay him a visit for his letter. He should be charged with the Federal crime of issuing a death threat and be hauled away.

that he thought she was trying to pin him down, legally. I think he'd have been a lot more willing to admit his guilt if he felt he couldn't get in trouble for admitting what he'd done. I think he'd have proudly said he wanted her and all Democrats and Liberals like her dead if he couldn't have been traced. Can you believe he gave his real name, address, and phone # in that e-mail? It was the most horrifying thing I think I've heard in a long time. And, she's there, nailing him right to his face for a legitimate DEATH THREAT, and he starts complaining about what's wrong with "Democrats and Liberals"... it was surreal. And, he's a RETIREE! Who says we geezers mellow out as we get older????

Stephanie is my new hero. That was an exercize in courage and humor unlike almost anything I've seen or heard since Colbert at the WH Correspondents Dinner!

TC

Edited to add: I was so stunned when I heard this while driving, I completely missed that this was a LETTER (!!!) sent to FOX, who then forwarded it to Stephanie, and she took it from there! OMG.

This world has really gone into the gutter. Truly. I am rendered speechless after listening to that again. He threatens someones life, and says he's a "patriot" and justifies it by saying "all Democrats and Liberals are against this country."

Army bans use of privately bought armor
Posted 3/30/2006 9:48 PM
WASHINGTON (AP) — Soldiers will no longer be allowed to wear body armor other than the protective gear issued by the military, Army officials said Thursday, the latest twist in a running battle over the equipment the Pentagon gives its troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Army officials told The Associated Press that the order was prompted by concerns that soldiers or their families were buying inadequate or untested commercial armor from private companies — including the popular Dragon Skin gear made by California-based Pinnacle Armor.

<snip>

"Outrageously we've seen that (soldiers) haven't been getting what they need in terms of equipment and body armor," said Sen. Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., who wrote legislation to have troops reimbursed for equipment purchases. "That's totally unac

<snip>

The Army ban covers all commercial armor. It refers specifically to Pinnacle's armor, saying that while the company advertising implies that Dragon Skin "is superior in performance" to the Interceptor Body Armor the military issues to soldiers, "the Army has been unable to determine the veracity of these claims."

So, if any troops have this body armor that they're not allowed to use, please send some to Air America, Stephanie Miller, Al Franken, Rachael Maddow, Randi Rhodes, Keith Olbermann, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, etc.

Send two sets of armor to Ed Schultz. He's a big guy.

that is one too many. However, there is no doubt he and his kind have changed the tone in America and have changed it for the worse. He eggs on the guy that wrote Mamma. He's a fucking ignorant, cowardly, drug addicted lying asshole who could not make a living any other way. His mom and dad failed at parenting. But he should not be getting death threats. Maybe one day in his sorry life he will understand how he has lived and that will be worse then a thousand assasinations.

It looks like a criminal conspiracy to commit murder.

He's taken significant steps toward encouraging others to commit murder against Steph.

He says he's a "paci-fist," but then implies he's going to inflame dangerous people prone to violence.

"Hey, I'm not gonna hurt ya none... but I know some people..."

At the very least, he's making terroristic threats.

Why do Fox News and Sean Hannity hate America so much that they helped Stephanie Miller try and put Sock in jail? Why didn't Sean Hannity send the buses?

I searched the FEC database, and it looks like mister uber-patriot couldn't even be bothered to make a single political contribution.

I bet he's never served in the armed forces and never contributed a dime to support his party.

Most Republicans are just Nazis who are too lazy to march.

Sock is not only too lazy to march-- he's too cheap to donate, too.

Although I bet he's donated to some of the groups on the Southern Poverty Law Center's list of hate groups.

Yeah, a real patriot, he is.

Also, he's listed in ZabaSearch:
