believe they belong to the Republican party. I was astounded they were clapping for Allen when the Col. just endorsed a Navy Cross holder and former Navy Secretary and those fool sailors did not acknowledge it.

17. There was a guy in the corner making motions to the crowd with his arms.

I'm not kidding. He was in the corner of the set and they showed a shot of the entire stage set-up, with this guy waving his arms immediately after returning from a commercial break, as to get the crowd cheering, which they did.

We're doing our best to turn VA purple (blue is a little optimistic in this Southern State).

Jim Webb is a successful novelist & screenwriter who is running for Senate because he felt called to serve. He knew it was going to be a dogfight and went for it anyway.

He is rough, unpolished, honest, smart, and a "born fighter". He is unbought and owes no favors to anyone. What you see is what you get.

Allen was supposed to walk away with this election but Webb has pulled into a statistical tie. He can win this.
