When he lies, his eyes twitch back and forth. It is really quite amusing, provided that anyone can stand to watch him.

13. He looks like he intends to convince her or sell her his reasoning.

Whatever that may be. Whether Iraq or Iran or the troop escalation. He wants her to see his way. He is showing her he is willing to listen and seems to be listening at least as far as body language is concerned but has a look of (in the first pic) her being right perhaps but is not about to buy her side but may compromise ( compromising with her may be out of our reach as far as what a compromise would be and would be reportly as something else). Shaking her hand he seems to show a bit of confidence in thinking he will make his intentions of convincing her but the confidence he has in this isn't the highest toward this.

She is listening to him sell his ways and she seems to be thinking that he is so far off the mark that she can't believe what she is hearing. Shaking his hand she seems to be thinking that she is glad this meeting is finally coming to an end, because she doesn't want to hear anymore of his pitch that we all hear most everyday ( same old thing, something that he isn't selling anyone).

Shaking the hand of the citizen he still has in his mind of convincing her and that he may have a tough sell but he feels he will do it and may like the competitiveness of doing so.


Hey, just my opinion of what I see. Funny how we may all see differently and I suppose a lot has to do with what your thoughts on the current events. Since Bush is trying to sell Iran to us I guess this is on my mind. But if these pictures were taken 6 years ago I would see it differently ( somewhat, but his competitive intentions would appear the same).

In photo #1 Bush is looking at NP with disdain. Incredulous, that he has to be nice to her.

In photo #2 Bush listening with one ear avoiding eye contact. An incredibly rude gesture!
