Opinions are like noeses, everybody has one and boy are there a lot of noses showing up
today.

Edwards.

Said he talked to Clinton "people" about the WMD etc....... I believe Edwards. The Clinton people could have been anyone from Sandy Berger to Madeline Albright, or Paul Begala to Bill Richardson, on and on and on. Clinton "people" although no longer serving, would of course talk to any Senator who sought advise or council.

I believe Edwards talked to lots of people back then. It is what elected officials do, talk to people, tons of them and I wouldn't want to be in Edwards shoes on this one, but I believe him.

The hard part in all of this is that Edwards has grown by his experiences, witness by the whole world.

So those of us who do not have one whit of responsibility can sit in judgment and dissect, rip apart and give sermons on what a bad dude Edwards is for owning up, thinking about his vote, changing his mind and giving insight into the process of human evolution.

I believe there was a lot of talk by lots of previously important people in those early days of the run up to war.

I want a fighter for the underclass of this country, I want a president with heart, and the good sense to recognize that a change of mind is OK, and that it is better to cut losses than to hide behind righteousness.

2. Good point. Obviously you recommend we keep our noses clean. Good advice and
certainly less stressful and not very producive.
