A real bad day at work, I'm going to be out of touch for a week or so

It is go good to have so many friends on the DU. I decided to post here, because this is the forum I'm on the most. I got gut punched today. In a week or two, I'll be back as my old self. I just need some time, and don't want to go into anything about it at this time.

23. If it is any consolation for you, I have been there myself.

And lots of others have too I suspect. I finally gave up and went into semi-retirement. I have a part time job where I made it clear what I would and would not do. Before, my stress levels were literally killing me with high blood pressure. My doctor gave me a little talk about my stress level at work. He said,"How long are you going to let this job do this to you?" It was then I realized I had to find another way. And I did. And you will too!
