The last time L. Paul Bremer testified before Congress, he was lauded as an American hero. Rep. 1. Joe Biden came to the plate with 2 strikes and a 100mph fastball

headed for the outside corner of the plate in this primary campaign. He brings no new ideas, has no charisma, is dripping with contempt for the party's liberal activist base, and is probably not even viable enough for his natural allies in the money wing of the party to invest too much in him. His candidacy is a complete waste of time.

Oh yeah. I forgot that he also likes to "shoot form the hip" and say dumb shit that gets him in trouble. The guy is so in love with the sound of his own voice and is such a blatant attention whore that he can't help himself. He just keeps talking.
