Hey Dimbulb Gingrey, Iraq was functioning pretty well until the American wehrmacht blew it back to the Iron Age. Then we decapitated their government, ruined their infrastructure and killed several hundred thousand of their people. You don't feel like we have any financial responsibility to help repair what we've done? It takes a special kind of callous to think like you.
