7. The 'NO's do not want a debate because...?
Maybe there is really no reason of any 'Surge'?

If we really want to 'Support our Troops', we would bring them home from the killing fields we created to where they belong.
Get our National Guard back home where they can do what they were formed to do, Help the individual states with natural disasters and do PR work?

the repukes only want debate simply to stall/stop (kill the clock with resolution after resolution)the vote until it's too late and the surged troops are already there....they are giving bush the time he needs and asked them for to accomplish this.
