On Tucker: McAuliffe says Hillary passes beer test.
Edited on Fri Feb-09-07 04:52 PM by Kerry2008
The Reliable Source cited on Tucker on MSNBC that McAuliffe said Gore and Kerry didn't pass the "beer test" with America (someone you would want to have a beer with) but Hillary does. Why do you think this is so? Bush was someone who passed the "beer test" with America, and I have trouble seeing this with Hillary. I really don't like lumping Hillary and Bush together, but do you agree with this?

On the heels of year out polls, perhaps we should examine the beer test....

6. Hear, hear.
I haven't seen Tucker since the 06' election season, but I was on my laptop and just turned it to MSNBC and left it there. And noticed them talking about Hillary and the beer test.

Thats my story and I'm sticking to it ;)

I wish/hope to see the pigmedia badly hurt by its boytoy, mister dubia. F/t-ucker carlson is one of the trusted member of the pigmedia, a real oink at hog slopping time....I agree with basic premise of your post, but DU'ers gotta keep track of the lying liars, cuz they do dominate the airwaves, and bush is their nightmare. Lettem try worm their way outta the mess they made, but soon, we will roundem all up, i expect :)
Let's make it a mantra: the pigmedia created bush, and are responsible for his war against america/humanity

She's had an interesting life.

For the record, I'd love to share a beer with Gore or Kerry as well. I just thought McAuliffe's statement was interesting.

I just happen to know already that she won't, and have every reason to believe she'll shuck and jive me when she replies.

Edited on Fri Feb-09-07 04:56 PM by hughee99
and honestly, I didn't really think Kerry did either. I don't know that Gore didn't pass in 2000, but I think he'd certainly pass it now.

on edit: I don't really put much value in the beer test in either case.

A word about the beer thing. I remember the "pundits" saying over and over again during the last presidential election, that everybody wanted to have a beer with George Bush but not John Kerry. Well, they should have had a beer with Bush, and elected John Kerry.

Passes the beer test, lol. I don't want to drink with her, have tea with her, bake cookies with her, share mothering notes with her, share political backstabbing strategies with her, or anything else with her. I don't like her. Since McAwful decided to make her personality a voting issue.

I want a GEEK for President! I want someone WAY SMARTER than me, who's serious as a heart attack, who doesn't have time for a beer! I'm so sick of this "American Idol" bullshit! When did the pollsters start employing the beer test, and how do we get them to stop?
