1. Because it makes him/her "sheep".
It's bad enough that those votes emboldened Bush and Cheney to go to war; it showed us just who will follow the pack and who will stand up. I think the people who stood up should be rewarded for their political courage.

I will not vote in the PRIMARY for any candidate who voted for the IWR. But I will vote for whoever gets the Dem. nomination. ANY Dem. is better than another Repug. administration.

not as anti-Clinton. Using that logic, wouldn't it also be anti-Edwards, Biden and McCain?
