Two problems with the press conference this morning....

1. One reporter very carefully asked Bush about members of his administration involved in the Plame leak, but not about Libby. He specifically asked Bush to comment on things having nothing to do with the trial, and pointedly asked if Bush himself had anything to do with the leak.

Bush ducked the question. He refused to answer a direct question about his own involvement in it. So, he ordered the outing. I know; shocker.

2. I'm not making this up; Bush said (paraphrasing) 'Sometimes, if you want to accomplish diplomatic things, you have to work with other countries."

How did this numbnuts *ever* get to be POTUS? How in the name of all that's holy hasn't he been impeached yet?

5. He obviously was having trouble getting his information straight from the ear implant..
He struggled through the entire briefing trying to listen and speak simultaneously.

2. When Libby s convicted they still won't comment..you know,
it's an ongoing trial..he has an appeal pending. I was hoping the question was when Bush first came to hear Valerie Plame's name. There should be no reason he couldn't answer that type of question. But he wouldn't.

4. I had MSNBC on for one hour - never heard a thing about the trial
and this on a day when there was no new news on Anna Nicole.
