Addington Testimony on Libby

Hi,

I am trying to find a link to the testimony that Addington gave about Libby. In trying to defend Libby's 'bad memory' and described how he would mention an idea to Libby in the morning, only for Libby to present the same idea as his own that very afternoon. But I can't find it, can anyone help guide me in the right direction? Thanks!
